Saving Storm King: Con Ed vs. the Hudson River
Saturday, January 23, 5 pm
Young Associates Event
Hosted by Joe Meisel & Felice Ramella
Sponsored by Old Stone Kitchens & Country Flooring
Join us for an event with John Ansley, leader of Marist's Enviornment History Project, about the gripping history of the activism right here in our backyard. For 25 years local, regional and national activists fought Con Edison over its plans to change Cold Spring's landmark Storm King Mountain into a hydro-electric plant.
This event is "pay what you wish". All contributions to support PCHS are tax deductible and greatly appreciated. To RSVP, please call 845-265-4010 or email, office@pchs-fsm.org.
