Enjoy light refreshments and learn about the foodways brought to America by the Dutch more than three centuries ago. All guests will receive three free Dutch recipes from Ms. Rose’s cookbooks.

Free for members and donors, and $5 per person for the public. The Putnam County Historical Society is located at 63 Chestnut Street in Cold Spring, www.pchs-fsm.org, 845-265-4010.
